Pakistan take on England in the second T20 international at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on 27 November, Friday.
The Three Lions have already taken a lead by winning the first T20 clash in Dubai by 14 runs. England won the toss and Eoin Morgan elected to bat first and their decision did not pay off as they lost three quick wickets with just 19 runs on board.
However, James Vince, Morgan and Sam Billings played a crucial knock in helping the English side post a total of 160 runs for the loss of five wickets in 20 overs. In reply, Pakistan also lost wickets early in the innings as three of their top order batsmen were dismissed cheaply.
Sohail Tanvir and Wahab Riaz tried to help Pakistan achieve the target, but Shahid Afridi’s side just fell short of their desired target as they were bowled out in the final delivery of the match.
A victory for England will see them clinch the T20 series with a game to spare. A defeat on the other hand will help Pakistan come back in the series.
